Cranberry Scones


  • 1.25 cups all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup dried cranberries 
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix them together. Form a ball, place it on a non-stick baking pan and flatten it just a little and then use a knife to deeply score it into 6 pieces. 
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
