3 cans of kidney beans, rinsed
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Mix together and bake in a crock for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
